在2PM正规三辑《Grown》写真拍摄花絮中他这样说道：Let it rain是为了Hottest，为了粉丝们创作的。因为常常感受着粉丝们对他的爱，他觉得很感谢也很抱歉。创作这首歌曲，是对粉丝们表达爱与感谢。

Let it rain对粉丝而言，是Nichkhun送给粉丝们一个很大的礼物，因为共鸣太深，每次听起，总有感触。就像歌词说的那样，当你陷入困境无处可藏，请记得我们会展开羽翼保护着你。所以，请你无所畏惧，我们永远在你身旁。
