名字由來
國内目前普遍認可的“舞動精靈王族”是根據Groove Coverage的曲風特征而命名的，而實際上在英文裡，“groove”的解釋是“溝；槽；(車)轍；(唱片)紋(道)”，而“coverage”的意思是“複蓋”，如果直譯過來，“Groove Coverage”應該是“唱片凹槽複蓋者”，即“唱片終結者”。——從中不難看出G.C将他們希望在音樂上超越和複蓋以前優秀唱片的銳氣和雄心寄予在了樂隊命名上。
