乐曲背景
关于R.O.D.即ride or die的意思有多种不同的解释：
1速度于激情的台词飙车或者死亡（战斗或死亡）
2一句俚语 意思为恋人死也要在一起
从歌词意思可以看出以男女之间感情为主 所以后者更为可靠 而词曲作者Teddy的女友韩国著名演员韩艺瑟也表示这首歌是Teddy的“告白歌曲”。
韩艺瑟接受了某媒体的采访。她本人在采访中透露表示："Teddy想着我的时候会制作歌曲。"
韩艺瑟说道："Teddy为不能单独说出'为韩艺瑟制作了歌曲'的话而感到可惜。在他制作的歌曲中有一首G-Dragon的《R.O.D》就是想着我而制作出的歌曲之一。"可以算是另类的告白了。[1]
乐曲赏析
dubsteppy的节奏，主唱Lydia Paek的声音在这首歌曲中充分凸显，加上强劲的低音和鼓声，营造出全新的氛围。歌曲最为突出的部分出现在歌曲3分钟左右，dubstep渐隐，而GD和Lydia的声音几近于acappella
