關于專輯《13》
和相戀多年的女友Justine Frischmann分手事件深刻影響了Damon Albarn創作這張專輯。專輯名"13"取自Damon的錄音室名，部分曲目在那裡錄制。
備選的專輯名稱包括"Blue"和"When You're Walking Backwards To Hell, No One Can See You, Only God". "Tender"被形容為"太空搖滾福音曲"，倫敦社區福音唱詩班和Blur一起演繹了此歌。
"Coffee & TV"是由Graham創作并演唱的。這首歌關于他對Camden愛恨交織的感情。"Swamp Song"最早被選為單曲"Tender"的B面，在最後一刻選入了正專。
