劇情簡介
好萊塢大導演邁克爾·貝的目光投向了日本經典漫畫《新世紀福音戰士》（EVA）。雖然目前雙方還尚未有與版權相關的接觸，但真人電影拍攝一事也并非不可能。神村靖宏還透露《新世紀福音戰士新劇場版》有思考續篇的企劃，不過在新劇場版尚未演完前還無法确定。
